Hi I’m Kev,

I am the founder and owner of Freedom In Motion.

I am also a scuba diving instructor and fitness enthusiast who loves to be active both in the water and in the gym. My main passion is to lift weights but I also love to challenge myself in other areas of fitness to push myself out of my comfort zone.

I set up Freedom In Motion because I want to help people to be better, fitter, healthier versions of themselves.  To do this I have trained in a number of different ways and techniques so that I can offer the correct services to everyone from the sedentary to the super fit!!

I started my career working as a registered nurse, where most of my time has been spent Emergency and Critical roles. After a back injury in 2022 I looked to build back my strength and heal my body by getting back into fitness and starting to see a sport therapist regularly, where I realised a lot more can be done with alternatives to medicine. Since then I have done my combined level 3 and 4 in sports massage therapy and am excited to support others in their own journey’s to better health and fitness.
